Seriously...

how beautiful is she?

She is so talkative and has been learning so much. We are working on the color red this week and the shape circle which she still refers to as ball. :) She is learning so many songs. Her favorites are Itsy Bitsy Spider, Birds Up in the Treetops, her brushing teeth song (which varies by night), Going on a Bear hunt, and Jesus Loves the Little Children. Right now her favorite food is watermelon. She asks for it and apple juice almost every day. She talks in 4-5 word sentences now and knows the difference between boy and girl. She has started making up her own jokes to make Stephen and I laugh. She is very reflective and will contemplate something for a long time before asking another question. Right now she loves play doh, painting, and her new pair of scissors. She got watercolors and a HUGE package of construction paper in the mail this week so we are going to try that tomorrow. We have been keeping being with activities off Pinterest almost every day. She likes to help out in the kitchen, especially with testing the food. Our latest creation were these Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes. They are now Stephen's favorite dessert of "anything you have ever made." This was followed by "please don't ever make them again." Apparently they were just that good. Follow me on Pinterest here. She is a great big sister and asks to "hold it" (Reese) alllllll day long.

Whenever she gets hurt has to give everyone in sight a hug and kiss to make herself feel better. I think she's going to be a bit of a sensitive kid. I never thought I'd end up with one of those. :) I feel very, very blessed to be her mommy.
